TMH Welcomes Priscilla Needham as Chief Financial Officer

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is pleased to announce Priscilla Needham as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). While there, she led the finance and capital plan for a new ambulatory campus in Bozeman.

“As Bill Giudice transitions to the system treasurer role, we are so pleased to have Priscilla join our TMH leadership team as our new Chief Financial Officer,” said Mark O’Bryant, President & CEO. “She brings a broad base of experience and a strategic approach to finance that will help us build upon the tremendous foundation of success that Bill has brought to the organization over the past four decades.”

“I am truly excited to welcome Priscilla to TMH as Chief Financial Officer,” said Bill Giudice, Treasurer. “We are fortunate to have someone with her skills join the leadership team as we continue to grow the organization. I look forward to my new role at TMH that offers me the opportunity to narrow my focus and provide support to Priscilla as she becomes familiar with our organization.”

Throughout her career, Priscilla has led and implemented successful financial enhancements and programs including long-range strategic financial plan development and associated bond issuance, business plan development, capital planning, electronic health record implementations, operational efficiency programs and reporting processes. “My personal mission is to ensure that Tallahassee Memorial has a sustainable future in order to take care of the patients in the communities we serve. To do that, we must keep the patient at the center of our financial decisions,” Priscilla said.
