The Annual Chamber Community Conference brings together all elements of the business community, from home-based entrepreneurs to key business and political leaders, to discuss real issues affecting our region’s future. With national keynote speakers, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and business exhibits, this conference allows attendees to make connections that will last a lifetime. Always held out of town, the weekend is a mix of business and pleasure for the whole family.

Please note that all rooms at the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island are SOLD OUT. There is an overflow block available at the Courtyard Marriott Amelia Island. To reserve your room at the Courtyard, click HERE.

-When booking online, the system will only allow for one room per person which has to match whoever is registered for the conference. The hotel and Chamber staff will monitor the lists to ensure that links are not being forwarded to non-attendees and that multiple rooms are not being booked under one person’s name.
-To accommodate as many attendees as possible, we are unable to accommodate additional adjoining rooms for family members or guests who are not registered for the conference.
-Like in previous years, if someone’s schedule changes as conference gets closer, we can always swap names or cancel until the deadline of August 10, 2023.
Conference registration will be open until August 10, 2023, or until it sells out. The cancellation deadline for the conference for a full refund is July 20, 2023. Registrations canceled between July 21 and August 11, 2023, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Any registrations canceled after August 11, 2023, are non-refundable.
