TC Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: TCBC) announced that its Board of Directors, declared a semi-annual cash dividend on June 15, 2022, in the amount of $0.05 per share of common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on July 15, 2022, to the shareholders of record at
the close of business on June 27, 2022.
