ServisFirst Bank Tallahassee Expands with New Mortgage Team

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NYSE:SFBS), announces the addition of a mortgage team to ServisFirst Bank Tallahassee. Tallahassee native Caitlin Yancey Moore will serve as Vice President, Mortgage Production Manager. Lori Rawlings and Sheila Rogers are joining the team as Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officers, while Stephanie Colley joins the team as Mortgage Loan Assistant. Kristen Barrage and Calob Cook join as Mortgage Loan Processor and Mortgage Loan Closer, respectively.

Caitlin Yancey Moore, Vice President, Mortgage Production Manager
Caitlin Yancey Moore joins ServisFirst Bank Tallahassee as Vice President, Mortgage Production Manager. Since launching her finance career in 2005, Moore has excelled in various fields within the industry, ultimately landing in the top 1% of residential lenders in the nation. As a top producer in her industry, Moore specializes in Jumbo, Conventional, Construction and Portfolio mortgages, and has extensive experience with VA, FHA, USDA and first-time homebuyer programs.

A Tallahassee native with strong roots in the community, Moore is heavily involved in local philanthropic and professional organizations. She serves on the board of directors for several nonprofit organizations, recently held the position of president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Tallahassee and a past executive board member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida.

Lori Rawlings, Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer
Lori Rawlings joins ServisFirst Bank Tallahassee as Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer. Rawlings brings thirteen years of banking experience, along with an established presence in both the Tallahassee and Thomasville, Georgia markets. Prior to joining ServisFirst, Rawlings served as Vice President, Mortgage Lending with TC Federal Bank. She is involved with multiple organizations within her communities, including the Board of South Georgia Ballet, where she most recently served as board chairman, and the Treehouse Children’s Advocacy Center.

Rawlings earned her undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Math Education from Kennesaw State University.

Sheila Rogers, Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer
Sheila Rogers joins ServisFirst Bank Tallahassee as Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer with nearly twenty years of mortgage lending experience. Rogers brings extensive knowledge of the industry and valuable experience with cutting-edge technology, which she utilizes to find the best financing solution for every client. Specializing in New Construction, Conventional, Jumbo and Portfolio loans, Rogers continuously works to ensure exceptional customer service across the board. A native Floridian, Rogers has served clients in the Tallahassee area since 2006.

Stephanie Colley, Mortgage Loan Assistant
Stephanie Colley joins ServisFirst Bank Tallahassee as Mortgage Loan Assistant. Originally from Orlando, Colley has lived and worked in the Tallahassee area since 2009, bringing a depth of understanding of the market. Since graduating from college in 2017 with a degree in Paralegal and Legal Studies, Colley has grown from a processor to a Mortgage Loan Assistant. Outside of residential lending, she is passionate about being involved in the community and with her church.

Kristen Barrage, Mortgage Loan Processor
Kirsten Barrage joins ServisFirst Bank Tallahassee as Mortgage Loan Processor. Barrage brings a wealth of banking experience across a multitude of roles. Prior to joining ServisFirst, she worked in mortgage processing and closing for TC Federal Bank, First Commerce Credit Union and City & Police Federal Credit Union. She also has experience in client and member services. Barrage is well-versed in VA, FHA, USDA, Conventional and ARM loan types, and prioritises communication, attention to detail and effectiveness across all her work.

A graduate of the University of Delaware, Barrage has lived in northern Florida since 2010.

Calob Cook, Mortgage Loan Closer
Calob Cook joins ServisFirst Bank Tallahassee as Mortgage Loan Closer. Prior to coming on board with ServisFirst Bank Tallahassee, Cook was a Mortgage Loan Closer/Processor for TC Federal Bank, where he worked closely with clients while processing loans and ensuring mortgage loans closed in a timely manner.

Cook earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University, graduating in 2020.
