An extension of the already established hotels in Tallahassee, both locations (North Monroe St and Apalachee Parkway) make available studio, apartments with qualifying monthly rates as low as $795. Pax Properties owns and operates hotels and apartments with five locations in Florida and two in Oklahoma.
