Coldwell Banker Hartung is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Director to help agents market their listings across North Florida and South Georgia. Responsibilities include executing marketing strategies across print, digital, and social platforms; creating materials like social media graphics, flyers, postcards, and e-newsletters; and resolving basic tech issues.
This role reports to the Broker/Manager, oversees two part-time marketing coordinators, and collaborates with the brokerage’s agency of record to maintain brand alignment. Pay commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Create print and digital marketing materials primarily for agents’ listings, as well as the brokerage
– Manage and distribute content via social media, email, and direct mail
– Coordinate email campaigns and mass mailings for agents
– Maintain and update company websites (e.g., adding new agents)
– Research marketing trends and implement new strategies
– Design templates and graphics for agent use (Canva, Photoshop)
– Support agents with their marketing outreach and strategy
– Troubleshoot basic marketing tech issues
– Ensure messaging and branding align with Coldwell Banker national standards
– Collaborate with web developers, the marketing agency, and videographers on campaigns
Skills & Qualifications:
– Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with diverse personalities
– Experience creating graphics, reels, and short-form video (Canva, CapCut; Photoshop a plus)
– High attention to detail—final reviewer for public-facing materials
– Tech-savvy and patient when assisting agents with tools like email, social platforms, or publishing software
– Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and 2+ years of work experience a plus!
