Job Description:
Avant Huston Financial Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships and ensuring a high level of service across all client interactions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in client management, have strong communication skills, and possess a high degree of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM Management:
o Develop a deep understanding of the company’s CRM system.
o Ensure accurate notation and documentation of all client interactions.
o Create and manage tasks related to client reviews.
o Maintain up-to-date and accurate client profile information.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain professional relationships with existing clients.
o Respond promptly and effectively to incoming calls, emails, and text messages.
o Think creatively to resolve any service-related issues clients may encounter.
3. Client Onboarding:
o Work closely with new clients to onboard them to the firm.
o Gather necessary paperwork and ensure all information is accurately documented.
o Demonstrate high attention to detail and professionalism throughout the onboarding process.
4. Appointment Scheduling:
o Ensure the firm’s partners maintain a full calendar of client review appointments.
o Manage and organize the scheduling of these appointments efficiently.
5. Client Appreciation & Event Planning:
o Assist the firm’s partners in executing client appreciation initiatives, including but not limited to sending Thank You cards, selecting client gifts, and planning educational events for clients.
6. Technical Proficiency:
o Demonstrate proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
o Adapt quickly to new software and tools as required by the firm.
7. Flexibility & Growth:
o As the firm grows, take on additional tasks as assigned by the partners.
o Show a willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving needs of the firm.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a client support or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Attributes: Professionalism, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
