A Journey of Dedication and Expertise
Benjamin’s journey in the construction industry began in 1996 when he started as a residential framer, a role he excelled in for approximately eight years. His dedication to the field saw him joining the Navy as a Seabee, where he gained invaluable experience in both peacetime and combat-related construction and humanitarian relief efforts. This diverse background laid a strong foundation for his future endeavors in construction management.
Following his service, Benjamin ventured into self-employment, performing commercial and residential remodeling. His skills and leadership were further honed during his 11 years at Sovran Building Systems, where he served as Chief Estimator and then Senior Project Manager. While at Sovran, he focused on custom residential and commercial construction management, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the industry.
Passionate and Committed
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Benjamin is an avid motorcyclist, hiker, and traveler. He finds joy in discovering new places and embarking on adventures with his wife and dogs. His passion for exploration and new experiences mirrors his professional approach – always looking forward to new challenges and opportunities.

Benjamin is also an active member of the construction community, serving on the Board of Directors for ABC North Florida. His commitment to giving back and contributing to the growth and development of the local construction industry is commendable.
