Stearns Weaver Miller announced that Randy Barceló, Jessica M. Icerman, Chelsea Koff, Stephanie Turk and P. Taylor Yawney have been promoted to Shareholders. The newest Shareholders span the Miami, Tampa, and Fort Lauderdale offices and have wide-ranging practices.

Randy Barceló (Miami, Real Estate) represents clients across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. Randy has extensive experience representing developers in connection with the acquisition, development, sale, and leasing of real estate as well as acquisition and construction financing. He frequently assists owners and operators with the acquisition and financing of existing multifamily, office, retail, and mixed-use assets. Jessica M. Icerman (Tampa, Land Development, Zoning & Environmental) is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in City, County, and Local Government Law. With less than 1% of eligible members certified in this area, board certification is The Florida Bar’s highest level of evaluation of a lawyer’s competence and experience in a particular area of practice. Stephanie Turk (Miami, Labor & Employment) has experience in both employment litigation and employment counseling. On the litigation side, she defends employers against various claims including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, whistleblower, and family, medical, and military leave. She represents clients in federal and state courts, nationwide arbitrations, and before administrative agencies including the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Department of Labor (DOL), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR).
