Rybak Realty’s Realtor® based in Volusia County, Rachel Dovi, recently took advantage of the Professional Development Series (PDS) TalChamber offers its members through its partnership with Tallahassee Community College’s Center for Workforce Development. Rachel completed “Using Social Media in Business”, a self-paced tutorial with 24 hours of training that needed to be completed within a 3-month period. Rachel honestly enjoyed the course and gained knowledge that will improve the quality of her Social Media efforts to aid in her success in today’s competitive real estate field.
With growth comes a responsibility for maintenance and improvement of one’s professional self, and Rybak Realty recognizes these needs. The brokerage’s team members will continue to complete classes through TalChamber’s PDS to improve the quality and skill set of its employees.
