TC Federal Bank announced the appointment of Peter A. “Trey” DeSantis, III as its newest Board Member. DeSantis is a Partner at TLG Real Estate Services in Tallahassee, Florida. He specializes in Sales, Property Management, Leasing, Site Selection, Development, Valuation and Consulting. His practice is mainly focused in North Florida and South Georgia.
Born in Thomasville, Georgia, DeSantis graduated in 1995 from Georgia Southern University with his B.S. degree and from Florida Coastal School of Law with his J.D. degree. Trey practiced law in Atlanta and South Georgia before entering the commercial real estate market. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Georgia Bar, the Greater Tallahassee Board of Realtors (Florida) and is a Licensed Realtor in Georgia and Florida.
Stephanie Tillman, TC Federal Bank’s Board Chair states, “We are excited to add an individual of Trey’s high caliber to our board. His expertise in commercial real estate and his depth of understanding the Thomasville and Tallahassee markets will be extremely beneficial to us as we progress into the future.” DeSantis joins Tillman, Jeff Johnson CPA., Fred Murphy, Fortson Rumble, Jimmy Clanton DVM, Charles Dixon and CEO Matt Brown to the Board of Directors.
