He is board certified as a specialist in construction law by the Florida Bar and regularly mediates personal injury, construction, and first-party property disputes as a Florida Circuit Court mediator and panel arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. Property disputes can often be complex and emotionally charged, requiring skilled legal professionals to navigate the intricacies of the law and reach a resolution. Whether the issue involves boundary disagreements, ownership claims, or disputes over inherited property, having a knowledgeable attorney who understands the nuances of property law is essential. These disputes can escalate quickly without proper legal guidance, but with the right approach, they can often be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

With cross-border assets or family ties, property disputes can become even more challenging, especially when different jurisdictions and laws come into play. This is where consulting an international estate planning lawyer can make a significant difference. These professionals help ensure that your property rights and inheritance plans are protected across borders, minimizing potential conflicts and tax implications. Whether it’s resolving disputes or proactively creating strategies to prevent them, an international estate planning lawyer can provide peace of mind and clarity in even the most complex property matters.

Pennington also announces its newly elected Board of Directors and Officers for 2022: Adrienne Love, President; Brandice Dickson, Chief Financial Officer; Gene Adams, Secretary; and Board members: Ben Andrews, Jerry Bryant, William Horgan, Wiley Horton, Susan Spurgeon and Mike Thomas.
