Thomas Howell Ferguson P.A. CPAs (THF) or “the Firm,” a leading accounting firm, welcomes Pamela (Pam) Byrd, PHR, SHRM-CP, as the Thomas Howell Ferguson P.A. CPAs (THF) People Champion, Human Resources Director.
Pam joins THF with nearly 20 years of experience in human resources (HR). Her most recent experience includes serving as the Human Resource Manager for Big Bend Hospice in Tallahassee, working with over 280 team members. Before that, as a Human Resource Operation Manager for the Florida Supreme Court’s Office of State Court Administrator, Pam performed many HR-related duties for roughly 4,000 employees.
Pam is a proud alumna of Valdosta State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in human resource management. She also received her Master of Employment Law from Nova Southeastern University.
