- It’s a FREE way to expose your brand to both FSU and FAMU STEM students
- This type of soft recruiting is proven to be a powerful way to proactively recruit talent
- As you are reviewing student resumes, feel free to pitch your internships and other roles
- Volunteering allows you to network with and pre-screen individual future candidates before the hustle and bustle of the crowded STEM Fair

- Preparing students will lead to more qualified candidates to fill your openings, and when candidates present their best self on their resume, it saves hiring managers and recruiters a lot of time
