Lively Technical College recently unveiled its new mascot, the Lively Technical College Titans, during a ceremony that brought together students, faculty, alumni, and community members. The event marked a significant milestone in the college’s 88-year journey, reflecting on the history within our community and the development of many future industry titans.
Attendees gathered to witness the reveal, celebrating the new mascot and the camaraderie within the Lively community. Leon County Schools Superintendent Rocky Hannah and the Director of Lively Technical College, BJ Van Camp, addressed students, staff, community leaders, and business partners.
Following the unveiling, guests enjoyed a business reception in the Student Union. The reception allowed attendees to mingle and savor delicious hors d’oeuvres prepared by the Lively Tech culinary program’s in-house chefs while learning about the college’s future plans and the new mascot’s role in enhancing school spirit and regional awareness.
