James Moore & Co., P.L. (James Moore) has been named as one of the 2021 Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For. This is the fourth time James Moore has received this award and the second year in a row the firm was named to this list.
Accounting Today partnered with Best Companies Group to identify accounting companies that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for employees. This survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the 100 best employers in the accounting industry.
Firms nationwide entered a two-part survey process to determine which made the list. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part, an employee survey to measure the employee experience, was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data and determined the final ranking.
