Gainesville, FL (July 29, 2020) – James Moore, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants (James Moore) has been named as one of the 2020 Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For. This is the third time James Moore has received this award.
Accounting Today partnered with Best Companies Group to identify accounting companies that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for employees. This survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the 100 best employers in the accounting industry, benefiting the industry’s economy, workforce and businesses.

To be considered for participation, companies had to be an accounting firm with a facility in the United States, have a minimum of 15 employees working stateside and be in business a minimum of one year.
Firms nationwide entered a two-part survey process to determine which made the list. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part, an employee survey to measure the employee experience, was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation.
