With a legacy of over 80 years, Florida Blue, the leading health insurer in the state, serves more than six million members statewide, driven by its mission of helping people and communities achieve better health.
Throughout her career, Hong has held various leadership roles in strategy and operations within hospital and payor organizations, consistently making a positive impact in the healthcare industry. Her commitment to improving health literacy and access to affordable, quality care is evident in her board involvement, including the American College of Health Executives North Florida Chapter Board and the University of West Florida’s College of Health Advisory Board. Hong’s dedication to serving the community extends to her involvement with the Tallahassee Chamber Board, Florida’s Great Northwest, and Pace Center for Girls. Her unwavering commitment has earned her recognition as a Pinnacle recipient from 850 Magazine, a Healthcare Harmony award recipient from the Escambia and Santa Rosa County Medical Society, and one of seven Rising Executives in Florida Trend.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Hong enjoys spending time with her family along the coast, boating, mentoring the next generation of leaders, and cheering on the Florida Seminoles.
