The benefits of YOGA are known to all. We have been praticing for the last 5 years. We are planning to host a special fund raising event on the auspicious occasion of Radha Saptami to perform 108 Sun Salutations. Proceeds will be used to donate food items to the Good News Outreach food program. Please join us and make this a grand success. A Donation of $10 would be appreciated and please bring your mat.
