Capstone Center invites you to unwind after a day’s work with us at Colab at the Pod for this free event. We’ll be able to catch up with colleagues, exchange cards with new friends, and enjoy a glass of wine and light refreshments as we get to witness a special artistic treat! We’re acknowledging Mental Illness Awareness Week by featuring a wonderful local artist, Melissa Osburg. Melissa is an abstract artist who has found a way to cope and distract her mind from anxiety through painting. She says she “hopes to inspire others that may struggle with anxiety and depression – to let them know there is hope out there and that you are not alone.”
Melissa will be creating a LIVE abstract painting so you can get to know her and her story while watching her beautiful technique. She will also be bringing a few of her pieces to view in person – to view or purchase! Take a look in the discussion feed of this event for photos of her art.
This is a great time to learn more about Capstone Center, LLC as well. We are happy to be able to provide the community with counseling, education, consulting, and employee wellness. There are many ways Capstone is able to work together with other local businesses and we’re excited to chat with you at the social this Tuesday!
Please RSVP by clicking “going” on this Facebook event and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to leave a comment here, or contact Jessica Duncan at jessica@connectwithcapstone.com.
