Holy Comforter Episcopal School Lecture Series is proud to present Dr. Norm Thagard, a local Tallahassee resident and former NASA astronaut. Dr. Thagard is the first American to ride on board a Russian vehicle to space and can be considered the first American cosmonaut. His presentation “My Life’s Mission: A Journey to Space” will chronicle how he entered the space program and his five space missions. The lecture is open to the public and free to attend.
