The Florida Public Relations Association’s (FPRA) Capital Chapter hosts ER for PR annually. It’s an opportunity for nonprofits without full-time communications staff to receive 90 minutes of counseling free of charge with a public relations professional. The event includes a 30-minute education session for nonprofits followed by a 90-minute counseling session with a “medic”.All nonprofits are selected based on request type, availability of expert consultants known as “medics”, and are reserved for organizations located in North Florida and South Georgia. Applications must be submitted by Sept. 9, 2024, for consideration. ER for PR is free of charge for nonprofits selected. A maximum of 10 nonprofits will be accepted for this year’s event, so please apply early.
