The Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend Region (ELC) has celebrated twenty years of Cultivating Community. With 20 years behind us no wonder we are Tracking to the Future at Railroad Square Park on Sunday, May 1st. This retro evening run will have music, spandex, and plenty of neon! Come enjoy a family fun night that promotes literacy programs for the seven-county region ELC serves.
