On Wednesday, May 8th, Capital Health Plan will host a workshop for members on how to use CHPConnect. Join Raymond, Member Services Specialist, as he discusses the new features within CHPConnect such as Health Trackers, Healthy Conversations, Health Risk Appraisal, and much more. During this workshop members will also learn how to get the most of out of CHPConnect, best ways to access personal health information, and have an opportunity to have their questions answered.
