The foundation of the Pace program is strength-based, trauma-informed and gender-responsive services to help girls overcome barriers to high school graduation and financial independence. We serve 140 girls a year and to date have served over 2,500 girls in Leon County. 96% of the girls we serve have no involvement with the juvenile justice while attending Pace or for the first year after leaving, 97% are enrolled in college, successfully transition back to another education program or are employed, and 92% of the girls we serve improve academically.
