Job Overview

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship-building to closing deals and post-sale support. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage pre-sales strategies, and ensure our solutions meet client needs while driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations that highlight the value and benefits of our technology solutions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless pre-sales support and project implementation.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Track sales performance, reporting on progress and areas for growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven success in IT/MSP sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. (Minimum 3 years in Sales with a minimum of 2 year in IT/MSP Sales)
  • Strong understanding of pre-sales processes and the ability to engage technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in solution-based selling.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
