Cindy Miller, who is wrapping up her tenure as President of the Southern Chapter, Energy Bar Association, has been named to the chapter Board. The national association promotes the professional excellence of those engaged in energy law, regulation and policy. The Southern Chapter has around 300 members and covers several states.
