Capital Regional Medical Center, an affiliate of HCA Healthcare North Florida Division, announces the appointment of Jason Washington to the position of VP of Operations.
Jason is a proud native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and joined HCA Healthcare through the Executive Residency Program in June of 2019. Before relocating to South Carolina, Jason completed his Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Florida and during that time, he also served as a leader in the Adventist Health System, supporting Outpatient Imaging and Emergency Services. At Grand Strand Health, Jason led the Oncology Service Line, Respiratory Therapy and Pharmacy teams, as well as a number of strategic growth projects for the hospital.
As an active member of the healthcare management community, Jason also serves on committees for the American College of Healthcare Executives and National Association of Health Services Executives, helping to lead a variety of health initiatives bringing community members together.
As Vice President of Operations, Jason will drive operational excellence throughout the facility and lead growth opportunities with development of new programs and advancement of existing ones.
