This week, Ausley McMullen, one of Florida’s most established law firms and a proud member of the Chamber, hosted its inaugural Law & Leadership Program, a day-long experience dedicated to preparing the next generation of legal professionals. Recognizing the limited access many young people have to early career exposure in the legal field, the firm designed this immersive program to spark inspiration and offer real-world insight into legal careers.
The event welcomed students and aspiring legal minds to engage in courthouse tours, panel discussions, networking luncheons, and workshops featuring judges, practicing attorneys, and academic leaders from institutions like Florida State University College of Law. With the support of community partners, including The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, the program provided mentorship, guidance, and clearer pathways into the profession, empowering tomorrow’s legal leaders today.
