With a background in business development, relationship management, and client success, Blithe brings a passion for building connections and helping organizations grow. Her experience partnering with businesses to understand their goals and create meaningful solutions provides a strong foundation for supporting Chamber members.
As Member Engagement Manager, she’ll bring that same member-first approach to supporting the Chamber’s business community. She is passionate about helping members connect with the programs, people and opportunities that will help their businesses thrive while ensuring every interaction reflects the value of Chamber membership.
A Tallahassee native, Blithe has spent most of her life in the Capital Region and is deeply invested in the community’s continued success. Having experienced the Chamber from the member perspective, she understands firsthand the impact of an engaged business network and is excited to join the Chamber team to contribute to the organization’s mission of driving business success and community prosperity.

As one of the first faces, you’ll see when visiting the Chamber, Britni is committed to creating a welcoming experience while helping keep daily tasks running smoothly. She also brings a unique perspective to the role, having previously been a Chamber and Access Tallahassee member during her time working in the hospitality industry.
Britni’s career has been built on sales, marketing, relationship building and client retention. Those experiences continue to shape how Britni serves today, whether it’s supporting daily operations, connecting people with the right resources or helping create positive first impressions. Britni believes that every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and strengthen our community.
Throughout her career, she’s focused on creating meaningful connections, strengthening relationships and helping organizations grow, bringing that same energy, experience and people-first mindset to the Chamber. Experiencing the Chamber from both the member and staff sides gives her a genuine appreciation for the relationships and opportunities that help our local business community continue to thrive.
