Wave Federal Credit Union signs seven-year core data processing agreement with United Solutions Company to migrate to DataSafe, one of United Solutions Company CUSO’s hosted Fiserv core systems.
January 2020 – Tallahassee, FL – United Solutions Company (USC), a technology CUSO hosting core processing and other tech services for credit unions, is announcing that Wave Federal Credit Union (Wave FCU) has signed a seven-year agreement and will migrate to the DataSafe Core Data Processing System. Wave FCU has partnered with USC due to their variety of IT solutions built around credit union needs and USC’s proven client care.

Currently led by Paul Archambault, Wave FCU is located in Warwick, Rhode Island and was originally established 81 years ago as the Narragansett Electric Employees Federal Credit Union. From 2003 through 2011, Wave FCU merged with three different credit unions to become what is Wave FCU today. The member data is stored in an object-oriented relational database incorporating the latest technology such as .NET, AJAX, SOAP, and more. Products such as in-house credit card processing, a best-of-breed home banking product, cross-sell products, relationship pricing, risk-based pricing, shared branching and an easy-to-use real-time SQL Reporting Module are just some of the system highlights.
