TALLAHASSEE, Florida, March 9th, 2021 – Express Employment Professionals is pleased to recognize Tricia Quinsey, Employment Specialist, and James Wright, Recruiter as recipients of the Express University (EU) Certification.
- Tricia Quinsey, Employment Specialist: Started at Express December 2019 as Front Office Coordinator and was promoted to the Employment Specialist role nearly a year ago. Tricia was born and raised in Tallahassee. With a background in Suicide Crisis Intervention and Domestic Violence Prevention work, she’s been able to get back to what she’s passionate about- helping people. Tricia builds strong relationships with our clients; they trust she will assign the best candidates and resolve issues quickly. She really enjoys being able to match great people with great companies!
- James Wright, Recruiter: Began his career at Express July 2020 as Front Office Coordinator and quickly promoted into the Recruiter role. Wright is a native West Virginian who recently relocated to Tallahassee to continue his education at TCC. He is personable, determined, and driven to make a difference to the candidates he recruits. He loves to see others succeed and views each interaction with someone new as a chance to learn more about what they enjoy doing so he may fit them to the best job.
Express University’s purpose is to provide ongoing education to Express franchise offices through a diverse array of learning avenues. A blended learning solution affords individuals the opportunity to follow a curriculum made up of courses for different roles within the organization.

The Express University certification program offers classroom instruction, teleseminars, conferences, workshops and interactive online courses. Courses contain the fundamentals and advanced aspects of the staffing business, including inside sales, outside sales and business management.
Individuals who complete the required EU courses within their designated curriculum and, as a result, achieve high levels of performance, earn the Express University Certification (EUC) designation.
