Tallahassee Community College has recently launched the TCC2WORK Workforce Connection Initiative. This initiative will focus on in-demand industries with critical workforce shortages. Workforce Connections accomplishes the goal of creating workforce training that can lead to the employment of residents and providing a skilled workforce for area employers. As a strategic partner in the workforce development of the Big Bend employer community, TCC2WORK is offering scholarships to local employers and their employees interested in receiving the training and who will show a wage increase or opportunity to advance in their current employment.
