The Tallahassee Board of REALTORS® (TBR) honored its chief executive officer Steven J. Louchheim for 25 years of service at a ceremony and building dedication on April 26, 2022.
Mayor John Dailey attended and read from a proclamation declaring April 26, 2022 “Steven J. Louchheim Day,” and TBR past presidents Will Shepherd and Joy Blomeley unveiled a plaque dedicating TBR’s South Building in his honor.
Mr. Louchheim began serving as CEO in 1996, and throughout his tenure has been a champion for the real estate industry, private property rights, and our community. Under his management, TBR has provided local REALTORS® the tools and education to operate successfully and serve the public ethically.
