Alexis Borynack (Lexi B) is a long-time resident of Leon County and believes in the importance of community empowerment. With experience in customer service and event planning, Lexi B is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and growing Rybak Realty’s relationships within the brokerage, with the brokerage’s customers and business partners, and throughout the community. Lexi coordinates Rybak Realty‘s events such as clean-ups for Keep Wakulla County Beautiful’s Adopt-A-Road initiative.

- What is a personal goal you are currently working towards?
Lexi: I am working towards being my best self. A lot of that involves me prioritizing self-care practices.
I am currently on the path of my goal of one day becoming a Realtor®. My next step is to take the Real Estate Sales Associate state exam through the Department of Business & Professional Regulation.
- Words to live by?
Lexi: “Obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.” – Michael Jordan
- What do Rybak Realty’s brand colors mean to you?
Lexi: To me, the blues represent both the Realtor® trademark and our serious and fun demeanor. The green represents cleanliness and nature, but also our intentions and aspirations. Elegant and delightful, both heart and structure.
- We have a thing about numbers. What is your favorite number?
Lexi: 18. 18th for my birthday day.
- We also are fans of words. Can you tell us a good word you’ve used lately?
Lexi: I could, but a better story is that when I went to diabetes summer camp as a kid, one year I was reading a book that told me to put ubiquitous on my shirt to perhaps be interesting or maybe make acquaintances. I mispronounced the word until that summer. The day that I wore the d.i.y. shirt, my whole bunk and I had a great laugh.
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
Lexi: I don’t know. Every day is an opportunity to fulfill a purpose.
In my vision, I seek functionality. A maintained family, health, home, work-life, and personal and social time. All components working independently, but together in synchrony towards a greater purpose.
- What is your spirit animal?
Lexi: I relate to many animals, but my authentic self lives in the big cat family. Perhaps a black panther. Strong and sleek. Focused as a hunter and calm as the hunted. And I just want to lie down and take a cat nap.
