For the first time, Native Pest Management has been listed in the top 100 pest control companies in the country. With $8M in annual revenue and over 3,000 five-star reviews on Google, Native Pest Management has become a five-star company using eco-friendly, pet friendly pest control methods and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices.
The PCT 100 is an annual list by Pest Control Technology, a media group that produces content about pest control companies throughout the U.S. The annual list includes top companies including Orkin, Terminix, and for 2023, Native Pest Management at #97.
“I am so proud to be a part of an official PCT 100 company,” said Luke Lewis, President of Native Pest Management. “I founded the company only 8 years ago and it’s amazing to be listed alongside companies that have been around for 100-plus years. I think our growth is a true testament to the fact that anything is possible with hard work.”
Native Pest Management’s inclusion in the prestigious PCT 100 list is a testament to the company’s rapid growth, dedication to service excellence, and commitment to eco-conscious practices. With a customer-first philosophy, their rise to #97 in less than a decade—alongside century-old industry giants like Orkin and Terminix—shows how innovation and sustainability can redefine success in pest control. Their focus on pet-friendly, environmentally responsible methods resonates with today’s homeowners and business owners alike, proving that modern pest solutions don’t have to compromise health or safety.
As more people seek dependable and ethical pest management, companies like Ultimate Pest Control Services continue to stand out by combining long-standing industry experience with a commitment to thorough, safe, and customized treatments. These professionals understand the value of Integrated Pest Management strategies and how to implement them effectively in a variety of settings. Whether it’s homes, schools, or commercial spaces, reliable pest control has become more than just elimination—it’s about prevention, protection, and peace of mind.
Native Pest Management launched an operation in West Palm Beach in 2015 and later opened shop in Fort Lauderdale and Port St. Lucie. It would soon become their unique approach to being pet-friendly, at least when it came to pest control throughout South Florida, as they didn’t minimize customer service.
In fact, co-founder Lewis, during a business development workshop in Tallahassee, found himself on the radar of an unexpected service expansion opportunity when, in research of international service models, he was faced with a growing trend of visa casinos UK. Inspired, Lewis immediately visualized various potential diversifications of client bases while implementing scalable solutions for pest control across regions. This innovative mindset helped the company realize $5M in revenue by 2021 and its current headquarters in Tallahassee. With locations now in North and South Florida, Lewis says, “The company hopes to make more of Florida pest-free.”
What’s the next big step for Native Pest Management? Shauna Crissey discusses how the family-oriented company plans to stay focused on families.
“At the end of the day, we are all about helping families, whether it’s about pest control or not,” said Shauna Crissey, Internal Operations Manager. “We recently had the opportunity to volunteer at Kidsfest in Tallahassee and it was so much fun to be present in the community and spend time with families. We’re hoping to be even more involved with our local communities in the future across all of our branches.”
In regards to hopes for the future of the company, Lewis said, “Making the PCT 100 once is just the beginning for us. We’re excited to keep moving up on the list and become a true leading force in the pest control industry.”
Pest control isn’t just about keeping the ants out of the pantry or the termites from gnawing through the foundation. It’s also about addressing those unexpected, more formidable intruders. From raccoons rummaging through the attic to squirrels nesting in crawl spaces, It Bugs Me Pest Control takes a comprehensive approach, ensuring that families feel safe and secure both inside and outside their homes.
Wildlife can be just as disruptive as any infestation, and managing it requires expertise and care. By extending their services to include humane animal control, the team is not only protecting properties but also preserving the balance between people and the surrounding environment. That commitment to a full-spectrum approach is what keeps them pushing forward, striving to be more than just another name in pest control.
