A. Richard Darabi, P.E., Shareholder
A Civil Engineer and Tallahassee native, Richard joined Moore Bass Consulting in 2014 after working as an engineer and construction project manager for a large developer in North Florida. Richard has over 16 years of engineering design experience and has managed construction projects from inception to close-out. He specializes in industrial, large-scale economic development projects bringing job growth and positive community impacts. Richard is active in the community through his volunteerism serving on community boards such as the Urban Land Institute, the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, and Access Tallahassee.
Ben B. Hood, P.E., Shareholder
A Civil Engineer with 20 years of design experience with Moore Bass, Ben learned to draft as a young man and applied those talents into a career designing and planning infrastructure throughout the community. He joined Moore Bass in 2000 and applies his highly technical knowledge to large, complex projects. Ben enjoys the intricate and collaborative nature of the design process and the tangible results of construction. Ben is a strategic problem solver and delivers solutions to the most complex site design.
Ken A. Powell, C.B.C., Shareholder
A Certified Building Contractor with a results-oriented leadership mindset and approachable manner, Ken brings more than 15 years of experience in the land development field to Moore Bass. Ken leads the Land Survey and Construction Management divisions for Moore Bass Consulting, managing projects from the civil design phase through construction and close-out. A Tallahassee native, Ken returned to his hometown after working for a large private developer, leading all master planning, construction administration and contract negotiation efforts for large scale projects. Driven, detail-oriented and organized, he is a fierce client advocate on the job site, assuring that each project he works on is delivered per plan.
Roger V. Wynn, P.E., Shareholder
A Civil Engineer, Tallahassee native, and Florida State University alum. Roger works with both public municipalities and private developers to deliver projects on time and within budget. With 25 years of experience and 17 years of service to Moore Bass, Roger’s portfolio of civil engineering projects is deep and wide. Roger has served as Engineer of Record for growth impacting our community including projects on the Tallahassee Memorial Hospital campus and Florida State University campus. With extensive experience in all facets of the land development and design process, Roger enjoys working alongside his clients, providing solutions to make his client’s idea a reality.
