Leadership Tallahassee is a year-long program that prepares participants for community leadership through leadership service. The competitive selection process ensures members of each class represent or reflect all sectors of the community, including business, government, education, and not-for-profits.
The LT program for adults is designed to provide a foundation for a commitment to effective leadership by educating & challenging area executives & managers on key issues in Tallahassee. The end result is a network of leaders dedicated to understanding & improving the quality of life in Tallahassee & our region.
