“We are so proud to break ground on the new outpatient imaging center,” said Elizabeth Paine, Chief Operating Officer of HCA Florida Capital Hospital. “This is truly an outpatient, accessible location where people can come to receive advanced imaging services without having to enter the hospital. It will make things much easier for our patients. 3D mammography will also be available at the new center which is the gold standard. Mammograms play such a critical role in the early detection of breast cancer and we’re hopeful that with the addition of 3D mammograms and our biopsy capabilities, we’ll be able to lessen the anxiety associated with mammograms and, as a result, increase screenings in our community.”
“With the addition of the outpatient imaging center, HCA Florida Capital Hospital is pleased to expand its imaging capabilities and meet the healthcare needs of the community,” said, Alan Keesee, Chief Executive Officer of HCA Florida Capital Hospital. “HCA Florida Capital hospital continues to offer imaging services including MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, X-ray and more at its main hospital.”
