Understanding The Real Value of Diversity Equity and Inclusion

Each of your employees is empowered with gifts and talents that are uniquely theirs. Organizations that ignore the collective treasure of their employees risk losing treasure that is right there in plain sight. This session will discuss how preconceived notions can cause organizations to mistake treasure for trash and cause employees to feel undervalued and overlooked. When organizations take the time to see their own treasure and the value each person brings, everybody moves forward positively.
