Make-A-Wish Central & Northern Florida recently launched the “Grant 50 Wishes”campaign to help grant wishes to children living in the NW Region of Floridafighting life-changing illnesses.
Please consider granting a wish to a precious child. Children like Charlotte. At 3 1/2 years old, she was diagnosed with a blood disorder and spent months in the hospital receiving treatment fighting this rare illness. She wished to meet a unicorn when she started to feel better. We are happy to report she is a happy and healthy 12-year-old planning her future. There are currently 30 wish kids living in the NW Region of Florida who are waiting for their wish to be granted. Visit the campaign website to learn more and view a list of kids and their wishes. When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy, and anxiety with hope. This is why wishes matter.
