October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and this year Bare Waxing is taking strides to do our part! Many people that we know have family members that have suffered from this disease and we make it our mission to help aid in support of Breast Cancer research and treatments.
We have partnered with the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation to bring a fundraiser to our local community.
This year we teamed up with Seriously Strong Training to raise funds to support breast cancer research and to provide better support systems for people affected by it.
Our fundraising event will be on October 19th from 6PM-8PM at the Bare Waxing Center. All donations will go to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
For each $20 donation, the trainers from Seriously Strong Training will get 1 strip waxed off their chest. Waxes will be performed live at our salon and live on Facebook. A $10 donation grants entry to the Fundraiser event raffle where one winner will win a basket of cheer worth $200. There will be wine, other refreshments and sweet treats.
