As Ard and Melton both point out, the key to success in this endeavor lies in the collaboration taking place with stakeholders such as CareerSource Capital Region, Tallahassee Community College, Lively Technical College, Leon County Schools, and the Tallahassee/Leon County Office of Economic Vitality.
