Capital Health Plan (CHP) is proud to announce that for the second year in a row, it has been honored with Bronze Recognition in the American Heart Association’s (AHA) Workplace Health Achievement Award program. The AHA is the nation’s oldest and largest voluntary organization dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke, and out of the thousands of public, private, and nonprofit organizations that applied, CHP was one of only 15 to earn the recognition.
