At the Leadership Tallahassee Building Better Boards seminar, one of the sessions, “Board Leadership from a Military Perspective” includes three experienced board chairs, all retired military flag officers, who will discuss the roles of board members and techniques for leading successful boards. Panel members will offer insights into board service followed by a Q & A.
This session is for both new board members exploring their roles on boards and experienced board members grappling with the myriad of funding, governance, human resources, and program challenges.
