Baymont by Wyndham Tallahassee Central Completes Property Update

The Baymont by Wyndham Tallahassee Central, a Pax Hotel Property, announced today the
completion of a property refresh that began in 2020. At a cost of nearly $100,000, the
renovation touched on every aspect of the property – from guest rooms to lobby to pool to
outside areas.

“Over the past year, we invested in promoting an entirely fresh experience for our guests,” said Justin Ford, the owner and visionary behind Pax Hotel Group. “We look forward to greeting them with new rooms, a new lobby and new common spaces.”

The extensive updates to the property include:
● A complete renovation of every guest room, including new tile floors, bathroom fixtures, furniture, linens and 40” SMART TVs.

● Brand new fitness center equipment, including treadmills, elliptical trainers and stationary
bikes.

● The resurfacing and refinishing of the pool deck and sidewalks around the property.

● Updated lobby with new furniture and common spaces for guests.

These new renovations represent a fresh start for the property. General Manager Nicholas Lent said of the new renovations, “It’s like coming to work at a brand new hotel.” He echoed Ford’s remarks saying “I can’t wait to show it off to our guests as an example of what they can expect when they stay at any Pax Hotel property throughout the state.
