Ausley McMullen shareholder Rob Clarke was re-appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to serve a third term on the Florida Second Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. The JNC evaluates and recommends nominees to fill judicial vacancies within the Florida court system. Rob is Board Certified in Business Litigation by The Florida Bar and also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Florida State University College of Law.
