ServisFirst Bank Reaffirms Long-Term Commitment to Tallahassee with New $10 Million Office
New 10,000-Square-Foot Office Consolidates Bank’s Tallahassee Operations and Demonstrates Its Continued Investment in the Market
Tallahassee, Fl. – ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NYSE:SFBS), is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of its new $10 million office at 1510 Delaney Drive in Tallahassee, Florida. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Tallahassee, members of the local ServisFirst Bank team, Rex McKinney and members of the bank’s Board of Directors, marking an important milestone in the Bank’s continued investment in the Tallahassee market.
The $10 million investment in the new location represents ServisFirst Bank’s continued commitment to serving Tallahassee and the surrounding communities. The approximately 10,000-square-foot, two-story facility will bring the Bank’s existing commercial banking and mortgage teams together in one centralized location, creating a dedicated home for its Tallahassee operations. The office is expected to accommodate 20 to 25 employees and will include an ATM and two drive-through lanes to provide convenient banking services for customers.

Once complete, the new office will consolidate ServisFirst Bank’s existing Tallahassee offices, currently located at 1701 Hermitage Boulevard, Suite 104, Tallahassee, Florida 32308, and its Tallahassee Mortgage Office at 3375 Capital Circle NE, Building B1, Tallahassee, Florida 32308. Southland Contracting, Inc. is serving as the general contractor for the project, with Quina Grundhoefer Architects, P.A. serving as the architect. Construction is underway, with completion anticipated in summer 2027.
