Coaxis is looking for an experienced Senior Tier 3 Technical Engineer to join our growing managed IT and cloud hosting team supporting 150+ SMB clients across the U.S.
This role will lead complex infrastructure projects, serve as the highest technical escalation point, and mentor Tier 1 & Tier 2 engineers. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Citrix, VMware, Veeam, Fortinet, networking, security platforms, and enterprise infrastructure management.
