Capital Health Plan (CHP) announced today that Justin Skerbetz has joined the organization as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer.
In this role, Skerbetz reports to Sabin Bass, President and CEO, and serves on CHP’s Executive Leadership Team. He will lead the organization’s integrated sales and marketing strategy across all lines of business, working closely with members, employers, providers, agents and community partners to support member growth and retention, strengthen brand development, expand market presence and deepen community engagement.

Skerbetz brings more than 20 years of experience across health care marketing, with leadership roles spanning payer, provider and health technology organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at Insightin Health, a health technology company focused on data-driven member engagement. He previously held executive marketing roles with Parkland Community Health Plan and Highmark Inc.
